Aarti Sequeira Joined Jim Bowden & Mike Lamb on FOX Sports Radio: A Little Aarti Party

On Saturday afternoon, Jim Bowden & Mike Lamb of FOX Sports Radio welcomed Aarti Sequeira, the winner of "The Next Food Network Star," to the show.

Food Network aired the first episode of Ms. Sequeira's new show, "Aarti Party" last week. She talks to the guys about her inspirations, the focus of her show and shares a few laughs at the thought of what an ideal tailgate looks like. I can say this - I definitely agree with Mr. Bowden that I want to see a restaurant with the type of stuff Aarti's laying out.

The first attempt to replicate the subject of her first "Party" - a restyled take on "Sloppy Joes" - is an endeavor I'm undertaking this week (review to follow).

The personality that won fans and the judges over on "TNFNS" definitely comes through here, and I'm rolling back into the blog that got here started for more ideas.
